Device management
QR health for every number
When a session drops, every send path breaks—not just the API. This area is where you pair phones, read connection state, and reconnect before revenue and support queues stall.
Balance load across devices, spot offline units instantly, and keep campaigns running without a single number bottleneck.
- Real-time online / idle / offline
- Per-device in & out totals
- Reconnect with one QR scan
The capability
Know which session is live.
Pain: teams discover outages only when customers complain—because nobody was watching linked-device state. Job-to-be-done: pair each WhatsApp account once via QR, then monitor and reconnect before API calls, campaigns, and the team inbox fail together.
Each row is one physical WhatsApp login. Status and traffic counters are scoped per device so operators can shift load or pause a bad actor number without guessing.

Built for operators
Everything you need to run a fleet of WhatsApp numbers without enterprise API friction.
QR code connection
Scan a QR code with your phone to connect. No Meta Business API or verification required. One scan per device. Add as many phones as your plan allows.
Real-time status
See which devices are online, idle, or disconnected. Monitor connection health at a glance. Message counts and device health visible in one dashboard.
Multi-device support
Connect multiple WhatsApp numbers. Each device works independently. Distribute load across devices to reduce block risk.
Message counts
View incoming and outgoing message counts per device. Track usage across your fleet. Spot anomalies early.
Flow
How it works
Each device connects via a QR code scan. Add as many phones as your plan allows—same flow every time.
Add a device
Click Add Device in the dashboard. A QR code appears on screen and refreshes periodically for security.
Scan with WhatsApp
Open WhatsApp → Linked Devices → Link a Device. Scan the code. The device pairs in seconds.
Start messaging
The device shows in your dashboard with live status. Send from the panel, API, or campaigns.
What you see per device
The Device Manager panel shows each connected number with name, phone number, and status. Track incoming and outgoing counts to balance load and spot anomalies.
- Incoming — messages received on that device
- Outgoing — messages sent from that device
- Status — online, offline, or idle
Scale
Why multi-device matters
One number can become a bottleneck. Spread load across a fleet—same platform fee model, no per-message Meta charges.
Scale without approval
No Meta Business API, no verification queue, no conversation fees. Connect via QR code and add devices as you grow.
Reduce block risk
Spreading sends across numbers lowers the chance any single account hits rate limits or restrictions—critical for high-volume outreach.
Caveats
- Linked-device sessions can disconnect when WhatsApp logs out, the phone is offline, or policies change—plan for human re-scan workflows.
- Device caps are plan-bound; see pricing for exact counts.
- This is not Meta Cloud API number provisioning—each device remains a normal WhatsApp account on a handset you control.
Where this fits
Stable sessions underpin every outbound workflow. Typical flows: customer support automation, how the QR connection works. Technical entry points: QR session lifecycle, API quickstart. Plans and API access are on pricing.
