What is Quick Send?
Instant, manual, in-app.
Quick Send is the fastest way to send a WhatsApp message from WAPing. Open the dashboard, pick a contact or group, choose your message type, and hit Send. No API calls, no code, no scheduling—just instant delivery. Ideal for one-off messages, quick replies, or when you need to send something right now.
Send any WhatsApp message type instantly from the dashboard—text, image, audio, video, location, vCard, documents, and more. One-click delivery. Every message type in one place: compose text, attach media, share locations, or send contact cards—all from a single, intuitive panel.
The Quick Send panel lets you select the device (which connected WhatsApp number to send from), the recipient (contact or group), and the message content. Add attachments, type your text, and click Send Now. Messages go out immediately. For scheduled delivery, use the Schedule button or the Message Scheduling feature.

Flow
How Quick Send works
The flow is simple: choose device, choose recipient, compose message, send. You select which connected WhatsApp number to send from (e.g. Primary Sales, Support Line, Marketing Hub). Then pick the contact or group from your list. Type your message or attach media. Click Send Now for immediate delivery, or Schedule to set a future date and time.
Device selection
Each connected device appears in the dropdown. Select the number you want to send from. Useful when you have separate numbers for sales, support, or marketing.
Recipient lookup
Search contacts by name or number. Select a group from your group list. Recipients come from your Contacts & Groups—contacts you have messaged or imported.
When to use Quick Send
- •One-off messages to a single contact or group
- •Quick replies when you need to respond immediately
- •Sharing a document, image, or location without automation
- •Testing messages before setting up campaigns or automation
- •Manual follow-ups that do not fit a campaign flow
Compare
Quick Send vs campaigns
Quick Send is for manual, one-to-one or one-to-group messages. When you need to send the same message to many contacts, use the Campaign Engine instead. Campaigns handle segmentation, scheduling, multi-device distribution, and analytics. Quick Send is for the ad-hoc messages in between.
Both use the same connected devices and contact list. You can send a quick message from the same number you use for campaigns. Delivery status for all messages—Quick Send and campaigns—appears in the Message Log.
Quick Send
Manual, instant, one recipient or one group. No scheduling, no segmentation.
Message Scheduling
Same as Quick Send but for a future date and time. Set once and forget.
Campaign Engine
Bulk send to many contacts. Segmentation, A/B testing, analytics.
