platform fee, not Meta Cloud API
You pay WAPing for the platform—dashboard, automation, storage, and on paid tiers REST + webhooks. WhatsApp links by QR in our app, not via Meta’s Cloud API product or a BSP queue.
What your subscription covers
- Operator tools: team inbox, campaigns, scheduling, auto-reply, contacts, media, activity views — tied to the WhatsApp session(s) you link.
- Proof and control: message logs, device/session status, automation flows — within your plan's retention and caps.
- Developer surface (paid tiers that include it): REST API keys, outbound webhooks, and integration patterns documented at docs.waping.app. Starts on Starter ($29/mo), not on Free.
- Not included in the subscription: Meta BSP fees, Meta Cloud API conversation charges, or Meta template approval — because this is not that product path.

| Device | One WhatsApp account linked to WAPing through a QR scan in the dashboard. Outbound sends and inbox are tied to a device ID. Each plan publishes a maximum number of linked devices (see plan cards above). |
| Outbound message | Each outbound send you initiate (text, media, or interactive payload) counts as one message toward monthly limits. Inbound messages and delivery/read receipts do not count as outbound. |
| API access | REST API keys and programmatic use of WAPing’s HTTP API and related developer tools. Not included on Free — starts on Starter ($29/mo) and higher. |
| Webhook | HTTPS callbacks WAPing POSTs to your URL for events (e.g. inbound message, delivery update). Configure endpoints in the dashboard on tiers that include developer access (same tiers as API). |
| Plan limits | Published caps (devices, outbound messages per month, contacts, storage, seats, retention, auto-reply rules, etc.) apply per workspace. Hitting a cap blocks further use in that category until the next cycle or an upgrade — we surface usage in the app. |
| Data retention | How long message and activity history are kept in WAPing for your workspace, per plan (e.g. 7 days on Free, longer on paid). |
