What is WAPing?
WAPing is a WhatsApp messaging platform. Connect one or more devices via QR code, then send and receive from a single dashboard or REST API—no Meta Business verification, no approval queue.
The platform includes device management, Quick Send, scheduling, campaigns, auto-reply, contacts and groups, number scanning, automation flows, team inbox, notifications, activity logs, full REST API, and an MCP server for LLM integration—one command center.
You pay a platform fee only. No third-party per-message charges. Free tier is forever—no credit card required.

Four steps to live
No approval. No coding required for basic messaging.
Sign up
Create an account at app.waping.app. No credit card. No approval process. You get immediate access to the dashboard.
Enter your email, set a password, and verify. The whole process takes under two minutes. You land in the dashboard with a Free plan active.
Connect a WhatsApp device
Add a device from the dashboard. Scan the QR code with your phone (WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device). Your number is linked in under a minute.
Each device connects via QR code—no Meta Business API, no verification, no waiting. Use your personal WhatsApp or a spare phone. One QR per device. You can add more devices later (subject to your plan).
Send and receive messages
Use Quick Send from the dashboard to send text, media, documents, or vCards. Or use the REST API. Inbound messages appear in the message log and can trigger webhooks.
Messages flow through WAPing. Outbound: you send from the dashboard or API. Inbound: we receive and store them. You can poll the API or configure webhooks for real-time events.
Configure webhooks and automation (optional)
Add your webhook URL in the dashboard. We send HTTP POST when messages arrive, get delivered, or get read. Use this for event-driven workflows, CRM sync, or custom integrations.
Webhooks are optional. If you only need manual messaging, you can skip them. For automation, add a URL and we push events. Integrate with Zapier, n8n, or your own backend.

People you want to message must have WhatsApp. We can bulk-check numbers with the Number Scanner.

How messages flow
Devices connect to WAPing. You control delivery from the dashboard or API.
Outbound
Send from Quick Send, campaigns, scheduling, or the API. WAPing routes through the device you pick. The recipient gets it on WhatsApp.
Inbound
Messages to your linked number land in WAPing—stored in the log, available for webhooks and auto-reply.
Multi-device
Campaigns and automation can spread load across devices—better throughput and lower block risk.
