Overview

What is the message log?
Conversation truth, export-ready.

The message log is a central record of every WhatsApp message sent and received through your WAPing-connected devices. It shows who said what, when, and from which device. Use it to review conversations, troubleshoot issues, or export data for compliance and auditing.

Full log of every incoming and outgoing message across all devices. See text, image, audio, video, reaction, document, and all message types in one place. Each row shows direction (in/out), message type, sender, preview, device, and timestamp.

Filter by device, contact, date range, or direction. Download logs as CSV for record-keeping, dispute resolution, or regulatory requirements. Search by content or contact to find specific conversations quickly.

Export for compliance

Download logs as CSV for record-keeping, dispute resolution, or regulatory requirements. Filter by date range, device, or contact first, then export. The CSV includes timestamp, direction, contact, device, message type, and content or reference. Essential for teams that need to retain conversation history for audits or legal purposes.

Search by content or contact to find specific conversations quickly. Combine with the Activity Log for a full audit trail—Message Log for what was said, Activity Log for who did what and when.

Where this fits

Operators and auditors need a trustworthy message trail. Typical flows: support queues, order comms. Technical entry points: API quickstart, Errors and session codes. Plans and API access are on pricing.
